• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers; trains and guides team on these tasks.
• Engages customers with a friendly, proactive service approach and resolves issues to deliver a positive experience.
• Holds store keys, assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed, and supports inventory and pricing tasks.
• Maintains accurate cash handling records, price checks, signage, and adherence to local laws governing regulated products.
• Assists with displays, resets, stock rotation, and basic store maintenance; supports outbound and inbound logistics as required.
