Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a reliable team member for a key holder role in Saint Joseph, MO. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, start up required systems, handle cash, and ensure floor and stock room readiness for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model service excellence while supporting inventory, pricing, and basic store operations to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and pricing signage, and assists with cashier registers and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
