• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and price changes, and assists with displays and backroom logistics.
• Supports pharmacy out window as requested and ensures compliance with store policies.
