Job summary

Walgreens Co. in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a capable team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash handling, and ensure floors and stock rooms are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, process returns and refunds, support inventory and merchandising, and assist with vendor deliveries and store maintenance while upholding Walgreens service standards.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Handle store systems and equipment, and assist with price changes and signage as needed.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, inventory counts, displays, and backroom organization.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and ensure store appearance and cleanliness.
