Job summary

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash and door access.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and cash register activity.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and pricing; ensure proper signage.
• Support merchandising, displays, and stock rotations.
• Communicate tasks and report issues to management.
