You will handle opening/closing tasks, cashier duties, returns, pricing, inventory, and basic maintenance while ensuring compliance and safety. The role emphasizes proactive service, teamwork, and accurate cash handling to support daily sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of prior retail work experience as a retail key carrier or shift leader.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
