Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store when management is absent, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, void orders, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as needed.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and greet customers proactively.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom access as needed.
• Register all sales accurately; document scanning errors and price changes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across departments and stockrooms.
• Support pricing tasks and signage in compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintenance of store appearance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and handle disciplinary issues as directed.
