Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management, assist with deliveries and vendor interactions.
• Register sales, manage price changes and signage, and ensure regulatory compliance.
