• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including required systems start-ups and cash handling; ensures floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Handles store keys to open/close without management; coaches others in warehouse and vendor ordering processes; manages backdoor deliveries.
• Registers all sales, records scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price changes, and voids; reviews order exceptions and assists with reverse logistics.
• Assists with displays, resets, and merchandise placement; maintains accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities.
