Job summary

Walgreens Co. in Texas is seeking a Customer Experience Associate responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management, handling cash, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You will also assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.

You will engage customers, handle cash transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, and help with pricing, displays, and basic store maintenance to deliver a distinctive Walgreens shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leadership/retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store in the absence of management and handle cash and start-ups.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and store cleanliness.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested.
