Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience and shares customer service best practices with team members.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and coaches others in ordering, receiving, and backdoor deliveries.
• Registers all sales and records scanning errors, price verifications, and price changes.
• Maintains inventory counts and store condition, including displays, pricing, and compliance with local regulations.
• Supports basic bookkeeping activities, including cash reports and ledgers.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and stock rotation, ensuring proper product placement and backroom organization.
