Job summary

Walgreens in Prairieville, LA is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations and deliver friendly service. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and assist with deliveries, returns, and pricing tasks to keep the floor ready for customers.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, coach others, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with displays and the pharmacy out window when requested.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with and coach other team members in warehouse and vendor ordering processes, including backdoor deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with pricing, displays, and signage.
