Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store inventory accuracy, pricing signage, and basic department pricing tasks.
• Assists with displays, resets, and stockroom organization to support daily operations.
