Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a capable team member to serve as a Retail Key Holder, stepping in when store management is not present. You will open and close the store, handle daily cash and transactions, and ensure both the floor and stock room are ready for business.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, support inventory and pricing tasks, supervise team members, and assist with vendor deliveries and displays while maintaining compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid PTCB certification or state pharmacy license where required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start-ups, cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications.
• Engage customers and provide a delightful shopping experience.
