Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling cash and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change for registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing, displays, and signage, and assists with backroom operations.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, order processing, and basic housekeeping and compliance tasks.
• Supports pharmacy window as requested and ensures compliance with applicable laws.
