Walgreens Co. is hiring for a Retail Key Holder role in our store. You will open and close the store when management isn't present, ensure all systems start up, maintain cash handling accuracy, and assist with vendor deliveries.

You will deliver a delightful customer experience, greet customers, resolve issues, and support inventory, pricing, displays, and housekeeping to keep the store ready for business.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Handle returns, voids, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and displaying merchandise.
• Support with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
