Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience across interactions.
• Maintains and supervises stock room and displays, pricing updates, and signage to support accurate pricing and promotions.
• Acts as liaison between management and team members when store management is not present.
• Attends training as requested and communicates tasks to team members.
