Job summary

Walgreens in Florida is seeking an experienced team member to help run daily store operations in the absence of store management. You will open and close the store, perform cash handling, process returns and refunds, and ensure the floor and stockroom are prepared for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, coach others on service best practices, manage inventory accuracy, assist with displays and pricing, and support backroom and vendor processes.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and resolves questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store cleanliness; supports pricing and signage adjustments.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, displays, and stock rotation per policy.
