• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with inventory counts, pricing changes, and display upkeep; ensures accurate pricing and signage.
