Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management as necessary.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Registers all sales on the cash register and tracks scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Reviews order exceptions and assists with reverse logistics and returns.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Ensures proper pricing and signage; updates local regulatory pricing requirements.
