Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups, cash handling, and prepping floor and stockroom for the business day.
• Complete returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience and model best practices for the team.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management when needed; assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Register all sales on assigned cash registers with accurate records of scans, price checks, and voids.
• Review order exceptions and assist in reverse logistics; support displays, pricing, and restocks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing signage, and compliance with local regulations; support housekeeping and store maintenance.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested and ensure compliance with regulated product laws.
