Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory/retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices and proactively helps customers.
• Performs housekeeping, displays, pricing, and signage to ensure compliance and accurate pricing.
