Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with store operations and cash handling preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and pricing tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in the absence of management and handle cash systems and start-ups.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops to safe, and provide change to registers.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, resolve questions, and model Walgreens service traits.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations, including door access for deliveries.
• Register sales, note scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Support displays, merchandising, pricing updates, and stock rotations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage, and ensure regulatory compliance.
