Responsibilities

Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-up tasks.
Completes cash drops, refunds, and ensures registers balance.
Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Engages customers, assists with products/services, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintains inventory accuracy and supports displays, pricing, and backroom organization.
Assists with backdoor deliveries, vendor coordination, and store upkeep.
