Job summary

Walgreens is seeking candidates to join our store team in Indiana. The role includes opening and closing the store in the absence of management, handling cash, processing returns, refunds, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business each day.

You will interact with customers, assist with purchases, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient store environment. Prior supervisory experience and a solid understanding of store systems are required; pharmacy licensure or PTCB

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, handling required systems start‑ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
