Qualifications

• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and assisting them as needed.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across the store, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise store departments in the Department Manager's absence and perform duties at various job levels as needed.
• Train workers on store policies, department procedures, and job duties; provide ongoing education on updated policies.
