Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a service culture, and help deliver best-in-class experiences for customers. You will supervise staff, assist in training, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while fostering product knowledge and sales skills.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in retail supervision, strong interpersonal abilities, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise and train team members; support their ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards and perform other duties as assigned.
