Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience and support store partners. You will lead by example, develop the team, and drive sales while ensuring merchandising standards and smooth daily operations.

You will act as a product knowledge expert, stay informed on promotions, and manage opening/closing procedures in line with company policies. This role emphasizes leadership and service excellence in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience driving sales and achieving store targets.
• Ability to lead and develop team members.
• Strong knowledge of merchandise and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits.
• Maintain and achieve store metrics (UPT, ADT, add-ons).
• Understand current promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor replenishment of floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at the POS.
