Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and assisting as needed.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across departments.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and monitor completion.
• Supervise activities store-wide in the Department Manager's absence and perform duties as needed.
• Train staff on store policies, department procedures, and job duties; provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment and document incidents as needed.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and display adherence; verify deliveries and product quality.
