Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules and assign duties.
• Supervise activities across departments and step in when needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the store and address issues promptly.
• Train employees on store policies and procedures.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend promotions or transfers.
• Enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Handle cash registers and transactions as required.
• Support merchandising and display management and inventory checks.
