Qualifications

• Solve practical problems and interpret instructions across a variety of situations with limited standardization.
• Perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages accurately.
• Interview to obtain basic information, guide and direct people clearly, follow technical manuals, and maintain increased contact with customers and employees.
• Lead and develop a team while building a collaborative, customer-focused store culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers by name.
• Lead by example to maintain positive employee relations and teamwork.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules and assign duties.
• Supervise activities across store areas in manager's absence or perform the work at all levels.
• Ensure customer service throughout the store and address issues promptly.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures and provide ongoing education.
