• Evaluate performance and recommend promotions/transfers/dismissals.
• Enforce safety procedures and document incidents; maintain a safe environment.
• Order merchandise, verify deliveries, report discrepancies; manage displays.
• Understand payroll basics; review personnel records for accuracy.
