• Supervise departments in absence of the Department Manager and step in as needed.
• Address customer issues professionally and promptly; maintain store standards.
• Train staff on policies and procedures; ensure ongoing safety and compliance.
• Review performance and support staffing decisions such as promotions or transfers.
