Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems/repair knowledge desired.
• ASE Certification desired.
• Fluency in Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers upon shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately; issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise, core charges, and warranties prior to product leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and oversee Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
