You will coach the team on product knowledge, sampling, and selling skills while helping manage inventory and store standards. The role emphasizes leadership, guest-centric service, and collaboration with the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support training, onboarding, and development of staff.
• Assist Store Manager with tasks and inventory management.
• Maintain store visuals, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Uphold policies and safety procedures across the team.
• Be an ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
