Job summary

Lolli & Pops in Albuquerque is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our growing team. As a keyholder, you'll play a pivotal role in guest experiences, store operations, and leading by example.

You'll drive KPI targets, coach team members, manage inventory and paperwork with the Store Manager, and ensure visual standards. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and a flexible, positive attitude.

• Drive store KPI targets and take action to achieve them.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through coaching and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently across the team.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
