Job summary

Ampersand Brands, LLC is seeking a Lolli & Pops Service Lead/Keyholder in Tulsa, OK. This role leads store operations, drives KPI targets, and oversees guest engagement and product knowledge while coaching and mentoring team members.

The Service Lead ensures smooth daily operations, supports the Store Manager with orders and inventory, maintains visual standards, and champions the Lolli & Pops brand within the community.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store targets
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and sharing product knowledge
• Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
• Ensure policies and directives are enforced consistently by all team members
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
