Lolli & Pops is seeking a part-time Service Lead in San Antonio to join our store leadership team. You will help drive store performance, coach staff, and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with a willingness to work at busy times and flexible hours. A discount on treats is available for employees.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing retail leadership roles.
• Ability to train and motivate team members.
• Comfort with inventory management and store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store targets.
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
• Maximize the overall performance of the team through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
