Lolli & Pops in Memorial City Mall is seeking a part-time Service Lead who will become a keyholder and member of our leadership team. You will guide guest experiences, drive KPI targets, coach teammates, and maintain store standards to ensure a positive, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for guest engagement.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team in a retail setting.
• Flexible availability to support peak periods and events.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action.
• Lead team to maximize guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge sharing.
• Coach and develop team members, leading by example in selling and service.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management and merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and enforce policies and directives consistently.
