Job summary

Ampersand Brands is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder for Lolli & Pops at Jordan Creek Town Center in West Des Moines, IA. You will help drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, joyful environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and acting to achieve them.
• Maintain guest engagement, facilitate sampling, and share product knowledge.
• Coach selling skills and lead by example to maximize team performance.
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are enforced consistently by all staff.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
