Job summary

Lolli & Pops in Coralville, IA is seeking a Service Lead to join Ampersand Brands, LLC. As a keyholder and member of the leadership team, you’ll guide daily store operations, support guest engagement, coach the team, and ensure excellent product knowledge and service across the floor.

You’ll manage training, inventory, and merchandising, partner with the Store Manager, and drive KPI targets while upholding our playful, guest-focused culture. Must lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and coaching methods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle store operations.
• Leadership experience as a keyholder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve them.
• Maintain guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Coach and develop team members to improve selling skills and customer service.
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and directives consistently across the team.
• Promote Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Lift and move items up to 25 pounds as needed.
