O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may take on shift management in the absence of leadership.

Responsibilities include leading store team members in customer service, managing show-room service programs, handling orders and returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and cash handling.

Competenze

• Must communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• RSS Certification must be obtainable by candidate.
• Spanish language skills are a plus for bilingual service.

Mansioni

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute service programs.
• Answer phones according to policy and assist customers.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders promptly.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and related tasks are completed per policy.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and secure cash handling and alarms.
