Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. You will lead a team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, manage orders and in-store processes, and help open/close duties while maintaining security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS certification.
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and maintain programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds accurately.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before dispatch.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure schedule adherence and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
