O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Hawaii to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management when needed and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Key duties include leading customer service, ensuring proper handling of online orders, transfers, returns, and invoicing. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed promptly and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed in a friendly manner with refunds issued correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to posted work schedule and clock in/out per policy.
