O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers in a store setting in Hawaii. The role includes greeting customers, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting related items.

You will assist management and installers when needed, handle transactions, and help with stock, planogram updates, and daily operations. Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged, and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Maintain stock, planogram updates, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services and occasional vehicle-related tasks as trained.
