O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and supervisors in sales, service, and store operations. This role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and requires strong communication skills, with bilingual ability encouraged.

The successful candidate will lead team members, ensure smooth transactions, handle returns, and oversee opening/closing duties with accuracy and security. Prior retail or auto parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems knowledge encouraged.
• Spanish language skills desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer the telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and store transfers promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff clocks in/out and adheres to schedule; manage openings/closings and day-end procedures.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
