Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will take on shift management duties when managers are unavailable and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Essential duties include leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, managing showroom standards, processing orders and transfers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely communications with

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail experience or automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer phone calls per policy and manage store communications.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders, contacting customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and coordinate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team adherence to schedules and proper clock in/out procedures.
• Perform all opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures and securing the store.
• All other duties as assigned.
