Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, ideally in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge beneficial.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute related programs.
• Answer phones according to policy and manage store operations.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns and exchanges timely and accurately, issue refunds with correct payment methods.
