O’Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer phone per policy and process buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers in a timely manner.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with proper payment methods and prepare returns area.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages for merchandising tasks.
• Ensure schedule adherence, approve deviations, and clocking in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, manage money/deposits, security, and lockup of deliveries.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.
