Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin seeks a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

In this role you will lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service, supervise showroom activities, and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers, while handling opening/closing duties and deposits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail experience in auto parts is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Coordinate and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders and transfers.
• Handle opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, deposits, and security.
